Shipping & Refund Policy


We simply want you to love your TerraVerb guitar, so please call us first if you have any concern. 


Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours to quality control your guitar and arrange a shipping date. You will receive your shipping tracking number via email and all guitar shipments are done via UPS within the USA to the contiguous (lower 48) states with verified US addresses ONLY.

Any damage deemed by shipping for any reason must be reported to us within 24 hours or, we will assume confirmation of it arriving perfectly. For shipping issues: we will issue a UPS return receipt to you to ship the guitar back within one week and issue a credit when we receive the guitar back. 


Return Policy 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item is subject to return shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee. 


To complete your return, we require receipt of the originally purchased guitar back to us. 

Reasons for us not accepting a return:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


All used items are sold as B-Stock "as is" and are not eligible for returns. 


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, shipping and restocking fees are received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
